We use VL10G to book our orders with our hauliers.
However for example when an order consists of 10 pallets but 2 lines have a reason for rejection in the order. And these 2 lines had together 3 pallets, we actually only have 7 pallets to transport. Only 7 pallets will come in the outbound delivery.
Is there any way we can make sure that calculation of pallets in VL10G takes into account the orderlines that have a reason for rejection ?
And maybe also takes into account items that are not available. Currently these items are also in VL10G and will not be available, thus not in the delivery, thus should not be transported.
Thanks

When you say order consists of 10 pallets, do you have packing instruction set in POP1 ? To answer your question, if any line item is set to Reason for Rejection and when you execute VL06G, system will only consider the open line items. Having said that, in your case, the delivery will not have the two line items set to Reason for Rejection.
If that is not happening in your case, then, it must be due to incorrect custom code logic implemented for delivery creation
