My customer wants to track their actual vs estimated freight costs. Estimated being the one that is calculated in FO and actual is the final amount we receive from the carrier. We initially thought of using the dispute management functionality, however they do not have a carrier interface. So dispute management is not possible as we are not receiving a carrier Invoice. I need some suggestions on what could be some best ways to post the actual freight charges where we will be able to track the actual vs estimated freight costs which can be used for reporting purposes.
