Tracing call-off purchase orders negotiated savings

Is it possible to track negotiated savings for call-off orders released against value/quantity contracts?

It is possible only in standard PO by entering ZMPO and RA00 values, but for call-off orders it is not possible to track.

Does anybody know how to manage that?

Hi,

If you are able to track the direct PO's with discount conditions like RA00, same should be possible with call off orders as well. I would suggest to check with your SAP functional and enable the discount condition change for call off orders as well.

The call off orders are automatically released. Is it anyway to do it in the contract itself so it can be reflected in the PO?

Hi,

You can use the condition supplements to add required discount conditions in the contract, so that it will be copied to call off automatically.

In ME32K, select the item and click on conditions button. Then maintain the required discount conditions. The same shall be done at header level as well.
