TR has been released in a different client number

Hi,

one of my functional team member released a TR from DEV to QAS but with different client number. Instead of client 200 its been released in client 100. How can i solve this problem, its not showing the display <----> change also. How to do it, can anyone explain how to solve this issue.

Hi tejaakarsh1994,

once the TR is released, nothing can be changed for that TR in dev system.

If the TR is workbench, then the changes will reflect in all clients( as it is cross client). I assume that you are asking about customizing TR.

So,

option 1: Manually import the change in QA (via STMS or any TMS tool that you use) and define the right target client for import this time.

Option 2: Create new customizing TR request and add the contents of the previous TR into the new TR. Define the right target properties and release the TR.

In anycase, you may have to send a correction transport to revert the change from client 100 (as wrong customizing would have an impact).
