TM unable to create freight settlement document

Hi experts,

I'm facing issue on unable to create freight settlement document only to specific users. Tried to assign the same roles with those user IDs dont have the issue, but no luck.

SAP S/4HANA embedded TM with S4CORE 105.

ST22 dump: Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.

The current ABAP program "/SCMTMS/CL_SFIR_HELPER_ROOT===CP" had to be

terminated because it found a

statement that could not be executed.

How about your issue, is it resolved by sap note 3058374 ?

Evenif sap note 3058374 is applied, the dumpl also happend on some one person in my team .

Hi Chengze Li, the note below may solve the issue. Please check if it is relevant for your version.

It solved a similar issue for another customer where only some users faced the dump during freight settlement document creation.

The issue happened to S/4HANA embedded TM with S4CORE 105, I think, the SAP note you suggest does not fit the case.
