We are tendering to carriers using the TM collaboration portal and have the maximum response duration set to 24 hours. Does SAP TM look at any calendar to stop the clock for weekends or holidays? I know it does not stop for weekday non-working hours.

If the BP Calling Hours are maintained, then SAP TM will respect the hours. For example, depending on the calendar or hours maintained, for tendering, this could stop the clock for weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays.
