Dear All,
Do you know if there is a possibility in public cloud for TM to enhance the columns of the Transportation cockpit and add a field from sales order items to be displayed in the field catalogue: FU Stages - Road View so that it would be visible in the cockpit? Thanks for your help .

Hi @zsoci
Thank you for your question.
You do not have the possibility in SAP S/4HANA Cloud by using standard configuration to enhance the field catalog in the Transportation Cockpit. That means the standard configuration will not enable you add custom fields from Sales order. The public cloud version currently restricts cockpit enhancements and UI adaptations for the Transportation Cockpit. Public Cloud provides flexible adaptation either through in-app extensibility or by adapting through UI for some apps but not for TM Cockpit.
The on-premise solution, however, does offer those enhancement features. Which allow you to customise the cockpit to suit your layout ID config desires.
You can consider either raising an SAP Customer Influence Request if this feature is critical for your operations or using Reporting Apps to leveraging embedded analytics, custom reports or OData outbound to enable you display this data somewhere else.

hi @Chris1973 ,
Maybe one more question. What about transportation forms, like Waybill, CMR, subcontracting form, are they changeable or can we enhance their content?
Hi @zsoci
The handling of transportation forms like Waybill, CMR and Subcontracting Form is based on Output Management with Adobe Forms. You cannot change SAP-delivered standard forms directly.
However, you can create a copy of the standard form template in the maintain Form Templates app, enhance it with additional fields or make layout changes using Adobe LiveCycle Designer. Then assign your custom form to the relevant output type through the Output Parameter Determination.
Best regards
Chris
