TM - Created Consistency Validation for TRQ ITEM ibut methods not "implemented"

Hi,

I followed the instructions in the SAP doc Creating and Implementing Consistency Checks in Business Object Builder

to create via transaction BOB the consistency validation for the Product ID in the Forwarding Order - Item screen. I added my logic to the method of the implementing class. But when I display in BOBF it is showing as not being implemented and it does not stop at my break-point in the method.

Am I missing a step?
