Hi Experts,

In my system 1705, I am trying to create a time profile having following levels:

- Week / Month / Quarter / Year / 4-Weekly

The level 4-weekly is supposed to be a time level comprising of 4 Weeks.

I have created & activated the same but I am unable to upload the calendar into this time profile. The error returned for "4-Weekly"/"Monthly"/"Quarterly" and "Yearly" Time Level" is: "Period rejected due to other inconsistent periods" and for "Week" time level error returned is: "Missing PERIODID for PARENTID "

Below is the excerpt of the time profile I have created.

Kindly help me in solving this issue. Please let me know if I need to make configuration change in this regards.

Regards,

Sourojit

Hello Sourojit,

Could you attach the TP .csv file you're trying to upload so we can take a look at it?

Best regards,
Matheus

Thanks Matheus,

We had raised a OSS on this however later this requirement was no more.

However, It will be great if you can suggest on how we can create a TP level like: bi weekly within the standard set of levels, in general? This is quite important as for some customers there exists a requirement like this where bi-weekly forecasting do happens.

Regards,

Sourojit

Hi Melinda,

Thanks for the quick response. However, as per the KBA I have checked my time Profile template but I am unable to find any issues in that. Please let me know if there is any other causes which might be causing this issue.

Also, Please tell me if the configuration (snapshot is shared above) of my time profile is correct.

Regards,

Sourojit
