time profile new PA

Hi all

We have a planning area with time profile with monthly, quarter and year buckets. Calculations and trasnforamtion are based in Months. PERIODID0.

We wanto to add weekly periods, but then the weekly is PERIODID0 and we should change and review every Key figure, because not all of them are in weeks.

Is there any other way to replace planning levels?

I don't think there is an easy way.

Therefore, if you want to add a new level, I personally would not only add weeks, but TW and days as well even if you don't need them now. Before that, download the configuration in file and search in the KF file for PERIODID0, so at least you can easily identify where you need changes. But you need to check every planing level as well for consistency. Somewhere in the model configuration guide it is mentioned what to do if you need to change the TP levels.

You cannot adjust the TP itself if it is already active in a planning are. So you will need to adjust in a copy and then exchange in the planning area.
