time out while publishing ASN in Supplier View

Hi Folks,

We have a wearied issue, There is time out appearing when supplier user publishing the ASN in Supplier view.

Anyone have encountered this issue and implemented any solution on this.

Thanks for your reply. There is no dump we have when 500 time out issue occurs.

Is there any solution we have for this or need to open SAP incident?

Hi Kishore,

Yes, please open an incident to SCM-ICH-ASN. We need to trace the process to see what happened in your system. Please prepare some ASN samples in your system for us to test and debug.

Any dump occurs in the time out? If so, please open an SAP incident and save the dump to us.
