There is a KF which does not appear in target KF in Manage Versions dialog

Hi, experts,

as noted in the title, what I found strange is that a KF called "Gross Profit" does not appear on the box of Manage Versions despite it does in Analytics and Planning View. I feel inconsistency because if it is a KF defined in the same Planning Area, it should be raised up. Can anyone tell me the reason behind that?

the KF does not appear in the box when trying to copy versions from baseline to other versions

Hi Kento,

Manage Versions are applicable only for Stored KF, not for Calcuated Keyfigure.

Hi Kenta,

Are you sure that this Key Figure is marked as Version Independent KF in any of the other Versions despite the Base?

If not, that explains.

Hi Ivan,I am not so familiar with the word "version specific key figure".. can you plz elaborate on this issue from the viewpoint about relationship between this issue and version specific KF. Btw, the KF setting is as attachment.

Hi Kenta,

Thanks for the screenshot. This is a Calculated only Kf, not Stored, so that's the reason why it doesn't show for selection.
