The tcode /syclo/configpanel issue

The Tcode /syclo/configpanel is opening in Internet Explorer and going into dump, Its working fine in development but in Quality its not opening in Internet Explorer. But when the same URL is copied and pasted in chrome its working. Anyone know the reason.

Looks like IE is not supported - the note 2378555 - Unable to call configpanel GUI on Windows IE

Also have a look at the note 2298321 - /syclo/configpanel crashes in Internet Explorer 11 when Zoom setting to 125%
