Hi all,
When i am trying to click on collaboration tab i am getting the error "" The IBP application is unable to connect to SAP Jam. Try again or contact your system administrator""
Does anyone faced this issue.? if yes please let me know how to solve this error.

Has this work before? Or is it the first time you are trying to access Collaboration?
Please see below steps on Integration to JAM:

Please take special attention on having the User "alternative email" field fulfilled with JAM account email in order to work. This email address should be unique between all IBP users, otherwise it will not work as well.
