The forwarder order can't calculate the total amount.

There are some forwarder order's charge amount is zero. I check one of them and found that the "Rate Amount" is not zero(it's 245 cny) in charge items, but the "Calculated Amount" is empty. And found that in the details overview, the "Rate Amout" is also empty, "Zero Rate" option is √ .

It is so strange, all ot these FWO have a same rate table "S09_101_R001_01", I checked it in detail and found no problem in this rate table.

Hi Tai,

It's hard to tell based on the limited amount of information available. I would ask you to enable the charge calculation log (KBA 2441261 - Missing Charge analysis log in the Charges Tab), and then go through the steps in the calculation to determine what the scale base is and how the amount is calculated.
