The Block of TR lane is not getting removed

Hi Experts,

We have a issue where the TR lane in APO got blocked due to Change in the SPK (A finance user mistakenly changed it from 51 to 73). 51 is having source plant & SPK type as 'U ' (Stock transfer from X plant) but 73 is not having any source plant & it is not a stock transfer SPK. After noticing that, the SPK has been corrected & made 51 again. But the block on the TR lane is not getting removed after CIF. There is no new TR lane got created also. Please suggest how can we remove the block automatically as manual removal is always possible.

is it possible that there is a t-lane already existing for the from and to location?

Probably the lane that got blocked is created by the CIF as written in:

Automatic Creation of Transportation Lanes

This process is also capable to lock lanes if a duplication is detected.
