The back end sent two operators with the same ID

Hi

Anyone seen this error in the Excel AddIn? I receive the error while logging in to a planning area. I recently added the SCM operators to the planning area.

Heuristics run fine in background but the interactive menu displays 'rubbish':

IBP 6.2 system.

One for Product Support perhaps?

Hi Steve,

This is a known issue already being worked by our Development team, they will provide a fix soon.

Please raise an OSS message informing your system details as well in case you want the patch to be applied earlier.
