Text type issue

Hi,

I am working on a shipper scenario whereby using std text type and text schema all text at header level in sales order is visible in notes tab of OTR.

However when I check the FU the notes tab is blank. In the config of FU type we have already maintained text schema-ERP_DFLT and text type-A0001 but yet the text are not propagating from OTR to FU.

Can experts throw light on this

Hi Deepak,

This requires Access sequences to be defined under SPRO to copy text types from OTR -> FU.

As you only need to copy at  Header Level, this is straight forward by reading below blog by Dragos.
