Text from item to batch subitem in outbound delivery order (EWM)

Dear all,

We have a case at the customer where they use item texts on the outbound delivery order in EWM. As the complete warehouse is batch managed, the system adds a batch subitem to the ODO upon every picking confirmation. 

After the picking, they move all the goods to the pack center where they should be able to see all the item texts that are relevant for that particular HU. But as the items in my HU have a reference to the batch subitem, the item text is not displayed. 

How can i get the text from the item to the batch subitem? Is this customizing or a development..?
