Telegram sent without Communication point (destination bin)

Hello experts,

i have to send telegram type WT to the PLC with communication point ( destination bin in the warehouse task),

but the filed of CP can't be filled in the telegram.

any ideas about this issue pleasee

Overview about the process:

conveyor system with multiple sorters, we scan at the start of conveyor the Handling unit and EWM create warehouse task relevant to PLC and we need to communicate to PLC the destination bin as communication point to active Actuator there.

the problem is telegram sent to PLC without CP.

So we need destination bin as communication point to be sent to PLC.

In general I cannot give detailled recommendations without knowing your setup in detail. You will probably have to provide much more details here in order to get a valid response from somebody.

...multiple possible reasons. An obvious one would be missing mapping entries in master master data table /SCWM/MFSOBJMAP.

Hello hendrick, as you see the mapping is done in master data and checked in customizing of PLC.
