Issue Description:  (Argument: Inspection Type Detailed Data) screen is missing

While accessing TCode /SCWM/QRSETUP, the detailed screen for entering key quality inspection parameters is missing. The issue details are as follows: 

• Missing Fields/Sections:
  
  • Inspection Type (Field not visible or not editable)
  • Task List (Not appearing in the setup screen)
  • Group and Counter (Unable to enter or select values)
• Observed Behavior:
  
  • The system either skips the expected screen or does not display the required input fields.
  • Users are unable to configure quality rules correctly due to missing sections.
• Expected Behavior:
  
  • The screen should allow input for Inspection Type, Task List, Group, and Counter as per standard SAP EWM Quality Rule Setup.
• Error Message (if any):
  
  • Inspection lots not generated
• Screenshots:
  
  • Attach relevant screenshots showing the missing sections.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to SAP EWM.
2. Navigate to TCode /SCWM/QRSETUP.
3. Attempt to create or modify a Quality Rule.
4. The screen does not provide fields for Inspection Type, Task List, Group, and Counter.
