Task Sorting in Warehouse Order

Hello Experts,

Business requirement is to sort the tasks within a warehouse order in the ascending order(Task 1, 2, 3...etc.) as this is the sequence that gets transferred to the RF at the time of picking. But at the moment, the WOs get created with one of the following sequences.

1) Ascending Order - This is what is required to happen each time.

2) Descending Order - Z to A order instead of A to Z

3) Random Order

I have checked the WOCR log and the config and I found that the PIPA(PATHSEQ) WOCR is defined but never gets applied to any WO. I am not sure why. Can someone please advise what is missing that needs to be changed to ensure all WOs get created with the WT sequence in ascending order? Thanks.

Hi Nitin, items are not passing item filter. Maybe it is not a full hu withdrawal or wrong warehouse process type (since all other fields are empty)

Thank you for your response. I have verified that the warehouse process type getting picked is the same as maintained in the WOCR config. Also, there is no pick-HU creation happening automatically in this process and the HU is created manually later through the RF during the picking. In fact, there is not even a pack profile maintained in the WOCR config.

Hi Daniil,

Actually, you were right. The config was set to "Full Pallet Withdrawal" and when we changed it to "No restrictions", it worked. Thanks a lot!
