Hello

We actually import the tarifnumbers with the program /SAPSLL/STAWN_RETRANSFER_R3 into our SAP ECC. The tarifnumbers are coming from our GTS. Now we are implementing the SAP S4 HANA and it looks like that this program does no longer exists. Does someone know how the tarifnumbers can be imported into the new SAP S4?

Many thanks
Urs

HS code Numbers are transferred directly from GTS to S/4 using the below  comco transfer program and it updates directly to S/4 hana data base .ECC program is obsolete in S/4

As Carsten said, you need to use transaction /SAPSLL/COMCO_RTR.
The whole concept of Commodity Codes and its Data Structure has been changed with S/4HANA. There is no report like /SAPSLL/STAWN_RETRANSFER_R3 needed any more. The transfer is enough.
Nevertheless you need to do Customizing in S/4HANA and SAP GTS, so that the transfer will be done.

Hi

To import tariff numbers or any other data from GTS into SAP S/4HANA, you typically need to use the newer integration methods and technologies available in S/4HANA
Understand the Change: The program /SAPSLL/STAWN_RETRANSFER_R3 used in SAP ECC to import tariff numbers from GTS is not available in SAP S/4HANA due to changes in functionality and architecture.

Explore Data Migration Tools: SAP S/4HANA offers tools like the Migration Cockpit for importing data. These tools streamline the process by providing templates and mapping options for data from GTS.

Consider SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI): For cloud-based solutions, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) allows seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and GTS. It uses integration flows to automate data exchange.

Evaluate SAP Data Services: For complex data transformations and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks, SAP Data Services (part of SAP Data Intelligence) can be used to prepare data from GTS for import into S/4HANA.

Use SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF): AIF in SAP S/4HANA helps manage and monitor interfaces, including data imports. It provides tools for validation, exception handling, and monitoring data flows between systems.

Consult SAP Documentation: Review official SAP S/4HANA documentation and guides on data migration and integration to understand detailed steps and best practices.

Engage SAP Consultants or Partners: SAP consultants or partners can provide expert guidance on selecting the best integration approach based on your specific business needs and system landscape.

Plan and Test: Before implementing, plan and conduct thorough testing in a development or sandbox environment to ensure the import process functions correctly and meets your requirements.

Consider Custom Development: If standard tools do not fully meet your needs, custom development using SAP NetWeaver (ABAP) or SAP Cloud Platform can be explored to tailor the import process.

Ensure Compliance and Continuity: Verify that imported tariff numbers comply with regulatory requirements and ensure continuity of business operations by validating data accuracy and integrity post-import.

By following these steps, you can effectively migrate and import tariff numbers from SAP GTS into SAP S/4HANA
