System is not displaying any data for Production Order :Number and Quantities report

The report "Production Order : Number and Quantities" not working, without filter the report is empty !!

This report is built following restrictions on the parameters Operation Type: Make and Product Type: Main Product. In case the Production Order does not match these parameters, it will not be displayed.
