We are facing a issue where system is suggesting more plans than needed.
After MRP run system is proposing plans which results in stock on hand 136 vs safety stock 73. After manual product heuristic: Stock on hand becomes 76 vs safety stock 73. So in short after manual product heuristic system corrects the product planned orders.
Kindly suggest.
