Hi all
I am looking for a way to do the Synchronous goods receipt posting in SAP Public Cloud and also use the Automatic Warehouse Task Creation when the Goods Receipt is Posted.
i know to use this App(image below) for the Synchronous Goods Posting but i am unsure what to configure for the automatic warehouse task creation. But i don't know what o Configure in Configure your solution.
I Set the automcatic WT Task creation to active in Maintain Storage types but it does not seem to change a thing.
Everything Above has been made obsolete.
New it is a scope Item 5HN.
All that needs to be done after the Scope item is activated is the following:
Configure your Solution:
ID: 102666
Find the affected Storage Types and under Putaway Control > Automatic WT set to 2 Warehouse Process Type Decides.
After that save and go to ID: 104392 Determince Warehouse Process Type
Set Up the Warehouse Process Indicator 008 for Whse Proc. Type S117 for the Warehouse that should be affected. (The other Fields should be left empty)
After this the app "Post goods Receipt for Purchasing Document" creates a Warehouse Task automatically after Posting Goods Inbound.
Please remember to make sure that the Confirmation Control in the Purchase Order is not set to demand an Inbound delivery. Otherwise it won't work.
Request clarification before answering.
i found the solution myself.
Here is how to do it.
Note that the Storage Type does not have to be altered,
in Configure your Solution
SSCUI 104394 Nr.29 Determine Warehouse Process Type
We choose the correct Warehouse and definded that only unpacked Product should be considered (Packed would mean with HU) Whse Proc Type is S110 which is the standard Goods inbound process type.
Next we edited ID: 103863 Nr: 26 Define Warehouse Process Type
you have to set Automatic WT Creation at GR to 1
With this it will work to create a Synchronous Goods receipt with app: Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document and create a Warehouse task automatically
Important
Confirmation control in the PO needs to be empty. otherwise it might not work.
