Hi All,
We are currently implementing the synchronous goods issue functionality in PMR.
There is a requirement to reverse the consumptions partially.
Say, We have issued 100 quantity and are required to reverse 20.
Now when we post this reversal the stock gets posted directly in EWM PSA bin (based on control cycle).
Is it possible to reverse this quantity back to the source HU/from the HU the stock was issued in the first place ?
Thanks
Request clarification before answering.
This is a very good question, but the problem is the synchronous GI is not very HU firendly - simply because you don't specify which HU you consumed in the first place.
Maybe check out this link, see if it helps your case - https://community.sap.com/t5/supply-chain-management-blog-posts-by-members/re-creation-of-consumed-h...
This feature first implemented in S/4HANA 2020 should enable packing in original HU after reversing the GI for consumption.
