Supplier isn't able to see the code 273833XX on SNC platform.

I could able to check in SNC qpe system that T-Lane for the given product is missing. is this the reason for which the supplier could not able to see the product in SNC

If I CIF this product then the would get resolved ?

If any other analysis to be done please suggest
