SUM DMO runtime optimization XPRAS_AIMM

Good day,

we did a SUM run with DMO (system move) and had very long run times (23 hours) on the XPRAS_AIMMRG phase.
The following tables ran the longest:
/SCMTMS/MIGR_150_TOR_ITEMSTOP
/SCTMS/MIGR_160_UPD_READY_INV

Just before the phase I already ran the following program: /SCMTMS/NOTE_2909302

Do they have any other tips to improve the runtime?

Source is:
SAP Netweaver 7.4 SPS15
SAP TM 9.3 SPS04

Target Is:
SAP Netweaver 7.5
SAP TM SPS09
