Hello,
In the outbound process, if you use a storage type group within the storage type search sequence for it to find the oldest batch in multiple storage types, is there some kind of seqence of the storage types within the STG?
There is no sequence to maintain within the STG where you add the storage types.
Example:
If a STG contains following ST, and the same batch is present in two ST, is there any way to prefer the batch in ST100 or will it pick from ST100 even though there are no sequence numbers in STG since its placed in the top?
STG: out1
ST100 - Batch 000001
ST200
ST300
ST400 - Batch 000001
Best regards,
Peder

Hi,
there is no sequence in a storage type group (after all, that's why you have it as a group). All you could do, is to check if there is any other sort field besides the sort criteria you use. If your sort criteria is the gr date and two quants have the same gr date I don't know which quant is taken first (there is no documentation about it, I guess you would need to debug that). But in the sort rule you have several other sort fields. See if you can use one of them.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!
