Storage Bin Type and AA Changes

Hi EWM Folks

I have to do Storage Bin Type change for some Bins and also need to change AA (Pick and Rear) for some Bins after doing Config changes(/SCWM/TAAREAD and /SCWM/TAAREAS tables).Just wanted to confirm do I need to Empty those Bins before doing the Changes in both the cases.
