Stock type change in OBD and update storage location in ERP OBD

Dear experts ,

I will highly appreciate if you can manage yours time to go through the process and give your inputs-

I have process where 3 storage locations are assign with one warehouse

Storage location A

Storage location B

Storage location C

I have to cover the process through EWM.

where post production material will be reciept as prepack in locaiton A then through trailer area material will be moved to location B.

In location B material will repack then material will move from location B to location C. From location C goods will be issue to customer.

Again some cases, it can be happen material/HU will move from location C to locaiton B and from location B goods will be issue to customer.

I have convered the part by LOSC and PSOC process till location B by inbound delivery process.

I am facing issue while moving material from location B to location C in OBD. This part I have to cover in OBD by process.

Is it possible change stock type ( F2 to F3) in stock removal/picking process.

Also I have to create OBD from location B because stock will be avaialble till the location ( which I am moving via inbound delivery process). Is it possible if I will create delivery from storage lcoation B and in EWM OBD stock will be move from locaiton B to Location C and after stock move PGI location will update in ERP delivery?
