Stock transport Purchase requisition(PreqRel) & STO (ConRel) are not visible in product view

Hello Experts,

I have a STO scenario where in the supplying plant the material has advance planning flag active (ePPDS) and the same material in the receiving plant ePPDS is not used (advance planning flat not active). But both plants are set up as locations in PPDS, transportation lane created. The  Stock transport Purchase requisition(PreqRel) & STO (ConRel) are not visible in product view. 

But after activating advance planning flag in also the receiving plant Stock transport Purchase requisition(PreqRel) & STO (ConRel) are now visible in RRP3 of the supplying plant. 

Is this the standard behavior ? Looking forward to read your replies !
