Stock Transfer between WM and EWM warehouses

Dear EWM community,

I would highly appreciate any feedback on the following questions:

System Landscape
ERP: ECC with WM EWM: Decentral on S/4HANA 1909

Szenario 1

• Storage locations ABCD and WYXZ are connected to plant 1234
• Storage location ABCD is WM-managed under warehouse number 001
• Storage location WYXZ is EWM-managed under warehouse number 0002

Goal is to perform a stock transfer from stock which is initially stored at storage types managed under WM warehouse number 001 to specific storage types which are managed under warehouse number 0002. The stock transfer should be carried out with as little posting effort as possible while staying withing the SAP standard functionalities

Question

• What is the most efficient way to perform this stock transfer? Which steps have to be performed in the corresponding systems?
• Current assumption:
• oMIGO 311 (ABCD à WYXZ)
• oPlease explain the necessary steps in WM
• oInbound delivery in EWM à /SCWM/PRDI à GR process + Putaway

Szenario 2

• Same as in Szenario 1 but the relevant storage locations are of different plants.

Question

• How does this change the steps to be carried out in the overall transfer process

Szenario 3

• The SAP MM Org-Structure of model company consists of plant 5678 and storage locations ABCD and WXYZ.
• On the premises of model company K are three physical warehouses A, B and C. Two of these physical warehouses (A and B) are mapped under one SAP WM warehouse number 003 and manage the stocks of storage location ABCD. They are segregated by using different storage types, by using A01, A02 and A03 to represent the different areas in physical warehouse A. B01, B02 and B03 represent the different areas in physical warehouse B.
• The third physical warehouse C is mapped under one EWM warehouse number 0004 and manages the stock of storage location WXYZ.

The general goal is to be able to perform a stock transfer from the EWM warehouse 0003 into the physical warehouses A and B, respectively in the corresponding storage types A** and B**.

Question

• What customizing settings have to be performed, so that a stock transfer from EWM warehouse 0004 to WM warehouse 003 results in a goods receipt at storage type A**, while having at the same time the possibility so transfer stock and receive them in storage type B**? Physically stocks are transferred from warehouse C to warehouse A and B. This has to be mapped in SAP as well.
• What is the most efficient way to perform this stock transfer? Which steps have to be performed in the corresponding systems?
