Hello SAP Experts,
I am working with skipped inspection lots without inspection rule in embedded EWM on SAP S/4 HANA 2021
When the skipped lot is created in the system, the stock status should be in Unrestricted Use in warehouse.
The inspection lot is skipped, and the UD is automatically update but the stock status remains “stock in QI”.
Is there any solution to update the stock status automatically based on the skipped lots.

please check in storage type GR Storage type due to that stock is going to Quality Stock type because you have integrate QM you have bypass the quality inspection process so stock is updating in Quality stock you need to make posting change Quality to Unrestricted stock
Thanks & regards,

I don't have any specific settings for the GR storage type as shown below:microsoftteams-image-1.png.
Thank you
after UD EWM executes followup action, and there you can define target stock category ( QQ, FF, BB ). Do you have it?

do you have complete stock in Q ? or only partially? What is the initial stock qualification what do you have in PO/delivery before distribution, Quality or free? Because if it is Q and you have Skip, as soon as EWM knows it is skip it would not write reference to QI document in the stock and you won't get posting change Q to F. Was QI reference removed after Usage Decision?
Hi Daniil,
I am not working on partially stock.
The stock type in PO is X - Quality inspection because I activated the inspection type 01 in material master.
The quality level is skip EWM write the material after GR is stock QQ (Quality inspection).
The QI reference is still Quality inspection after Usage Decision.
Honestly it sounds like you should consider raising a ticket with SAP. For me skipped lots always updated the stock type to freely available stock.
