Stock reference lost

Hi Experts ,

I need to understand the basic logic of HU lost the delivery reference during the HU movement.

Is it either due to some setting at final storage type where in HU's to be putaway reference to inbound delivery.

or Is it due to storage control relevancy wherein upon WT confirmation relevant to final step IPT1(putaway) causing loss of delivery linkage to HU.

Else any other reason?

Like even if I do ADHU of same HU before putaway via WPT #9999 causing loss of delivery reference.
