I have client Requirement that Packaging Material Stock should be reduce when creating delivery/PGI.They don't want to add Packaging Material in Line item .How to Achieve this?

Check in OMS2 as to whether for the combination of plant and material type, quantity update box is ticked. From your post, it seems, it is not ticked.
