Hi Manoj Kumar,
The reason for why you are not seeing the TR in development system is that the change is captured in dev system & dev system already has the change, its just not added in your Dev system Import Queue. That is why you are not seeing in the dev system inside STMS because its not also needed. In case you want to check the details of the TR, you can check it via SE01.
Also as I mentioned earlier, that its just not in your Dev system Import queue, so only you did not get via STMS. But still if you want see via STMS, then STMS--> Import buttom --> Dev SID (click & go inside) --> from Menu -->Extras-->Add & give the TR No & you can add in your Dev system Import queue, if you want. Also this similar step can be done with calling TP command manually at OS level
Basically, The TR import in QA & then import in PRD sequence that you are doing is actually the correct sequence. No worries there
Thanks,
Kaushik

you can access all import queues from every system. Just use STMS, F5 or the truck icon and then doubleclick the system.
If your CTS landscape is set up properly, the tr will occurr automatically in the queue for the quality system when it is releasesd in development and once it is imported in quality, it will occurr automatically in the queue for the productive system. Refresh the queue if the tr is not there.

As STMS_IMPORT shows the requests which are in the *import* queue, you cannot see these tr in DEV, because the TR are created and exported there. You should see them in the export history.
