I would need your support - quick one.
I have activated the standard EM TM integration points & i have everything working between TM & EM. I am able to update unexpected event DELAY and i could see it is being posted via web UI with a check box 'Delay' and once i input all the values it is populating in the FO in TM.
How can i post the unexpected event 'Damaged' against an Event Code ( lets say POD)
ODT30_TO is the Event Handler type activated.
EE profile:ODT20_TO
Rule Set:ODT30_TO
I have manually added the Damage unexpected event in EE profile & also added the same in the rule set.
Please could you let me know - how can i post DAMAGED event from EM to TM ?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Hemraj,
Please use the activity function TM_MAINTAIN_EXEC_INF in Ruleset to post the DAMAGED event from EM to TM.
When the DAMAGED event is reported by Carrier or manual then EM Rule set will hit which will use the activity function that is being sent the event along with date & time to update in TM system against the Freight order document.

Thanks Sudhan appreciate your prompt response , I have also added the DAMAGED unexpected event in the Web UI - User profile , now i am able to post a Damaged event as well via EM web UI.
I have another post - a question on TM stage split , will close this loop for the above topic.
