Standard PPF unprocessed-Send ERP Delivery Message" PPF action not processed

Hello experts

Send ERP Delivery Message" PPF action is triggered but not getting processed automatically. It's stays in yellow sign. What could be the reason. Pls help

Hello,

Try processing manually using the T code SPPFP and check. If it gets processed, then check your config accordingly. The PPF action must be set as below:

It could be different reasons.

Wrong customizing, missing job, short dumps, some other errors.

Thanks for ur reply but this is a standard Ppf for which we don't do any customizing .Also this one doesn't work with jobs.

it depends on customizing if it work with jobs or not. "Standard PPF" are as well customizable is

It could be something with basis customizing as well. Does it works if you start it manually? you haven't provided any information, it is hard to guess what is wrong in some system. Do you have access to the system? you can check PPF log, short dumps. Maybe somebody de-registered queue or any other 20 reasons.

So i was talking about this standard PPF which updates the status back from ewm to ERP. As per the screenshot it triggers bit doesnt get executed. Also it is happening for some userids and not all. Pls suggest further

so, it works, but not for all users, or it works, but sometimes doesn't ? It would be better if you would describe everything from the beginning, it is hard to make good conclusions based on "it does not work" statement.

If it does not work for some users - it would make sense to check authorizations.

anyway it makes sens to check:

1. not processed PPF FM in SM58, you can select with user + date/time (+/- 1 minute) of the PPF record.

2. st22 for short dumps with
