I have a few of my co-workers who are able to access a client's IBP setup, via web browser. However when attempting to log into an Excel instance with the IBP client - it does not allow us to select a different account. I have copied the error result below. Usually I am able to 'go back' and select a different account to log in as (since they are a different domain/email setup). But I am stuck at this point. I have clear all the passwords and caches that I can think of.
Again - they can log in successfully via the browser, just not when attempting to log in from Excel.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dan,
Is Remember Me option used before?
Have you also tried to clear cookies and website data from browser (Like Edge)?
Best regards,

The Remember me wasn't used in this case. It is odd, since on one machine it gives us the option to choose an account to log in with and on another it auto selects.
The only way I have discovered to ensure the user gets the option to select the account they are utilizing, is to delete and recreate the 'Windows Profile' that the user is logged in against. Obviously that is a drastic solution, so I was hoping for some method of being able to get the same result without having to delete the profile.
