SPRO config missing in system under collections management

Hi,

We are in EHP 8 system but then the Define additional functions for collections management is missing in SPRO path below. I like to know in which version is the Define additional functions available?

SPRO->Financial supply chain management->collections management->integration with accounts receivable accounting->receivables processing->define additional functions

i don't have that spro branch in an ehp8 either and i have it in an s/4hana 1909

Save to say it's available from S/4hana
