SPPF_MEDIA002 Error when triggering B2B output

Hello experts,

we want to trigger a message (load plan status finalized) out of a road freight order in embedded TM towards embedded EWM. In the output management we see the error SPPF_MEDIA 002.

System: S/4 HANA 1909 (with embedded TM + embedded EWM)

Steps:

1) We create a Road Freight Order and insert a Freight Unit (before: sales order, outbound delivery)

2) The Load Plan Status is "not planned" and the Transmission-to-EWM is "not sent"

3) Now we set the Load Plan Status (to planned and afterwards to) Finalized and save

4) Load Plan Status is now "Finalized" and Transmission-to-EWM is "Sent":

5) In the Output Management we see the Error SPFF_MEDIA 002:

6) the action profile is /SCMTMS/TOR

Remarks/what we already (think that we) know: (please correct us if that's wrong)

- default printer must exist + is assigned to the user

- communication is handled via Webservices, and not XI so we would expext to see sth in transaction SRT_MONI if this mentioned method call would not fail

- we need certain WS/RM Settings which we think we did in the SOAMANAGER

-There must be entries to define the SLD's in table /SCMB/TBUSSYS

- Are there any additional settings needet in the PPF Customizing? Are these the right corresponding action definitions that will be triggered in the success case?

Any tips/hints/help welcome.

1st of all, thanks for your reply.

To make it clear, the SOAMANAGER Path from my screenshot above was "Integration Scenario Configuration". Wasn't this right? In the pdf fro the WS/RM Config there was also sth mentioned with LRD Filters.

No I tried to follow along your hint.

These are the 2 responsible service groups according to the config guide.

adding the 1st one was not a problem. Health Check also ok.

but for the 2nd service group which seems to be responsible for the direction back EWM -> TM i get a LRD Filter error message:

I also created a new example. Status still "sent" but the same error in the output management and nothing in srt_moni unfortunately.

can you help me to deal/setup these filters correctly please? what are they for?

I got the same error like " LRD Filter could not be retrieved from Service Group. " Did you solve this problem?

Hi Patrick,

In SOAMANAGER > Logical Determination of Receiver using Service Groups > Routing Details > Routing Parameter for Logical Receiver Determination, do you have Logical Syst. (Rec) set to Inclusive | Equals | * ?

If you enter the client name here instead of *, then it will not work.
