SPP DRP availability date calculation

Hello Experts

We are using Total procurement lead time for DRP net requirement calculation and also we are using reorder point planning .

The total procurement lead time is maintain in transportation lane under means of transport (Procd Ls Pull) field .

So the expectation for DRP to calculate availability date is Transportation duration from supplier to location + GR time

But in reality the availability date is calculated by taking the Planned delivery time (from info record) + Review Time (DRP) + Time Betw. DRP Runs

So kindly help me to understand why total procurement lead time base DRP considering planned delivery time instead of total procurement time used in means of transport.
