Some purchase requisitions not deleted in ECC from APO

Hello Experts,

We run standard lot heuristic and PRs are created everyday as we use planned delivery time. For some materials, old PR is deleted in APO and new created, but old PR is not deleted in ECC.

This makes quantity double in ECC, and they show as missing in APO in CCR .

Has anyone faced this issue ever? We have large quantity of queues generated everyday.

In post processing these records shows as delete or partially delete document, but after pushing to R/3 its always in being transferred .Please help!

Hello,

Are you running the heuristic in active planning version 000?

Are newly created Prqs transfer to ECC and old one get the deletion flag?

Do you run the consistency check reports in APO like /SAPAPO/OM17 on regular basis?

Try report /SAPAPO/POCORRECT to remove inconsistencies.

This could be due to CIF queues processing or some inconsistencies in the table CIFPOMAP

You need to cross check the situation and cross check the system log to get details of this issue.

Hello R. Brahmankar,

I don't see anything related to those orders or products in SLg1.

Category is AG, heuristic is SAP_PP_02.previous order is replaced by a new order based on new planned deliv time.

In few cases, old order is not getting deleted in ECC, and new order is also moving to ECC and we get double order in ECC. This is happening on random basis.

Hello,

Did you check the SLG1 log in APO and ECC system? Is there any error message?

What is ATP category of Preq?

Which heuristic are you using?

Use report /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER can delete the PR from APO and ECC too. You may need to set 'Fixed Orders' and/or 'Output-Firmed Orders' indicator(s) when necessary. You need to pay attention that it will delete all items.
