Hi Experts,

I have integrated Sales Order with TM where the OTR is getting created successfully but the FU is not getting generated though I have defined the FU building rule and condition. The consumption status of the OTR is consumed completely. Can you please let me know what is missing here?

check Oss note 2661314 - TMTRQINITIALSENDING creates OTR that is "Completely Consumed" and "Confirmed" in SAP Transportation Management

you should get an error message on the screen or check SLG1 with your user to see the Log.

In the document flow of the OTR you see any other document? maybe you've setup direct shipment in your FU document type that could be one reason of OTR is "Consumed completely".

No I dont see any other document other than the SO and there is no direct Shipment settings for the FU. But the Source Sales Order doesn't allows to create Delivery. Will that be an issue?

HI preethih,

Do you have any error on the queue for the XML?

If not, go to Fiori "Order Integration - Worklist" with the OTR number and try to create manually the FU, if failed you get an error.

I tried to do that, but system didnt allow me to create any FUs. And the Consumption status in the OTR is "Consumed completely".
