SNP Per Req - confirmed qty equal to requirement qty.

Hi Experts,

I am having issue with the hurestic created PR's. The confirmed qty always equal to requirement qty. this is specific to products in location type 1010(customer). For other location types confirmed qty for PR's is always zero. This caused after adding new key figures(safety stock)to our SNP PLANNING and we have not changed any master data.

Can you please advise on it ..what parameters need to be checked to make confirmed qty as zero.
