SNP Optimizer not creating planned orders for specific products when running for entire network.

Hi Gurus,

SNP Optimizer (Cost based solution) not creating planned orders for specific products when running it on planner code level (for multiple products on this plant) for a particular plant. But when i ran it adding these products only then it created orders. Can you tell me possible reason for it.
