SNP Optimizer - Create planned orders one period earlier than requirements

Hi All,

We have problem with SNP Optimizer.

I would like to create planned orders one bucket earlier than req. Now, our SNP create planned orders in the same bucket as the purchase requisition - PReqs.

For example. I have 2 locations:

LOC1 - that's production plant

LOC2 - that's magazine

In LOC2 i've independent requirements and sales orders.

In LOC1 i've production (BOMs/PPMs).

Transportation lane from LOC1 to LOC2 for one pcs is no cost.

NOW:

LOC2:
09.09.2019 PReqs +100 psc
09.09.2019 IndReq -100 pcs

LOC1:

09.09.2019 PReqs -100 pcs
09.09.2019 SNP:PlnOrd +100 psc

I would like:

LOC2:
09.09.2019 PReqs +100 psc
09.09.2019 IndReq -100 pcs

LOC1:

02.09.2019 SNP:PlnOrd +100 psc
09.09.2019 PReqs -100 pcs

I have already used transportation time in transport lanes and safety stock, but i would like hard restriction for relation between PReqs and planned orders in production plant (LOC1) only.

I tried also "Period Factor" but that works only works within one period.
