SNP heuristics can be executed ..
1) as a background job using report /SAPAPO/RSNPDRP1 (tcode = /SAPAPO/SNP01) if you have setup a variant with your parameters like planning area, planning scope (selection of version, location, products etc.)
2) interactively - open the corresponding SNP planning book/data view for your SNP planning area using /SAPAPO/SDP94 tcode --> there should be a function button called "Location" which runs the location heuristics for your loaded location products
